We believe our work on the 5G Underground Experience project is very important for those that work underground, and we are thrilled that global critical communications sector has by awarding the program the Best Use of Critical Communications in Mining, Oil & Gas at the 2023 Critical Communications Awards in Helsinki.
“We believe the outcomes from the project are going to directly benefit those that want to be more productive, and safer in their activity underground,” says Seery.
“But this recognition is not just for our team. Without the support of the Australian Government, our partners, and vendors, we wouldn’t have been able to undertake such a significant program.”
The 5G Underground Experience was supported in part by the Australian Government’s 5G Innovation Initiative which seeks to advance the development of the 5G ecosystem and the value it can deliver.
