Supporting Employee Wellbeing

Content Access NetworkAqura has secured a new engagement to provide support for BHP WAIO’s Accommodation villages in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The engagement is the next phase of the relationship with the BHP WAIO team and will provide support to ensure the Internet and Communication Entertainment Network at BHP accommodation sites continues to deliver reliable service so staff can communicate or access entertainment services when they are off shift.

Supporting ATCO Gas with Aqura UC

ATCO Gas has signed a new agreement to engage Aqura Technologies to undertake a major upgrade of ATCO’s unified communications and contact centre environments.

The scope covers migrating to a hybrid, high-availability Unified Communications environment which leverages Aqura’s capabilities as a Mitel Gold Partner.

Given the critical service that ATCO provides to the community, the organisation’s telephony must remain available at all times. To support this, Aqura’s UC specialists architected a hybrid solution which leverages the Cloud UC platform with automated failover in case of an unplanned outage.

The Mitel solution will also upgrade ATCO’s contact centre capabilities.
