Aqura Technologies to Design, Delivery and Commission new ConocoPhillips Australia Private LTE Solution
Aqura Technologies has continued to build upon its momentum in the energy sector with ConocoPhillips Australia (as Downstream Operator for APLNG) engaging the company to deliver a next generation Private 4G LTE network for its Curtis Island plant in Queensland. The $1.2m program is to include design, procure and commissioning.
Aqura Technologies MD (Acting), Alan Seery said he was pleased that Aqura has been selected to deliver an important initiative in ConocoPhillips Australia’s wider digital operations strategy by entering a mutual 5 year fixed Master Services agreement (with option periods).
“It’s been a great journey as we’ve worked closely to understand the needs of the ConocoPhillips Australia stakeholders and reinforced our value-creation and our positive commercial approach during the competitive bid evaluation”
The Aqura team have been working with ConocoPhillips Australia since Feasibility phase and have recently finalised the Design phase, led by specialists in Aqura’s Brisbane office. The final phase of the project, Commissioning Support, is expected to be completed in June 2022.
